Emeritus Professor of International Management at Aalborg University Business School, Denmark. He holds two doctorate degrees – PhD from Copenhagen Business School, and Dr. Merc. from Aalborg University.
He has extensive experience as a business consultant and training advisor in areas of management, marketing and cross-border inter-firm relations in Europe and Africa.

He is a sought-after Business Botswana management facilitator, trainer, and consultant. Madei has over 37 years’ experience as an organizational and management development expert in Southern Africa.
He is an author and co-author of a number of books some of which are on amazon. Madei holds a PhD in Business Management from Aldersgate College as well as being a Professor of Business Administration conferred by Stafford University

Richard Adu-Gyamfi
Holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Development Economics) from the Leipzig University in Germany. He also possesses an MBA in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Development from the same university. Richard is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the ESB Business School at the Reutlingen University, Germany.
He has conducted several entrepreneurship and trade training sessions for growth-oriented enterprises and start-ups in Africa and Europe. Previously, he served as a consultant at the International Trade Centre where he designed entrepreneurship and export readiness courses for SMEs in developing countries.

Robert Opoku
Holds PhD in Marketing with specialization in e-Commerce from Lulea University of Technology, Sweden. He has lived, taught, and developed Marketing courses including Marketing Principles, Marketing Communications, e-Commerce and Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing on four continents. Robert’s international experience has led him to extensive consulting on multinational consumer goods and for petrochemical companies including Unilever, Henkel and SABIC.
He has a proven record of scholarship, academic inquiry, and research in marketing and entrepreneurship, with a special focus on online branding and communications and micro-foundation of entrepreneurial intentions in emerging economies.

Richard A. Owusu
An Associate Professor and Head of the Doctoral Programme in Business Administration at the School of Business and Economics, Linnaeus University, Sweden. He holds a Ph.D. from Hanken School of Economics, Finland. Dr. Owusu has long teaching and research experience in academic and executive programmes in universities in Europe, the USA, Africa, and Australia.
He teaches, among others, Business-to-business Marketing, and International Business at PhD, Master’s, and Bachelor levels.
