Felix Adamu Nandonde is a Lecturer in Marketing, at Sokoine University of Agriculture, Morogoro, Tanzania. Felix has graduated with PhD in Business Economics from Aalborg University in Denmark, an MSc from Newcastle University-upon Tyne, UK and Bachelor of Business Administration from Mzumbe University, Tanzania.He teaches undergraduate courses:
- Business Communication and Business Strategy and Management Strategy for MBA Evening.
- He also teaches International Marketing of Agribusiness Products for MBA-Agribusiness.
Mr Nandonde was the Executive Coordinator of AB Consult a consultancy firm based at the School of Agricultural Economics and Business Studies at Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania.
Mr Nandonde is also a General Secretary of Agricultural Economic Society of Tanzania (AGREST).
His research works appeared in Journal of African Business, DBA African Management Review, Ethiopian Journal of Business and Economics, British Food Journal, Journal of Language, Technology & Entrepreneurship in Africa, FIIB Business Review, Journal of Global Business and Organizational Excellence, Journal of Transnational and Corporation Review and International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management.
Felix has published seven book chapters with IGI Global, Springer International, Routledge, Elsevier and Degruyter publishers.
Mr. Nandonde has authored a handbook of Business Communication Skills with Mzumbe Book Project, Morogoro, Tanzania. Before joining academia he worked with National Bank of Commerce (NBC) 1997, Tanzania Limited as Sales Consultant Business Banking.
Mr Nandonde has presented paper in various international conferences:
- Makerere Business School (Uganda), AIB-SSA at RIARA Business School (Kenya), York School of Management (UK), Aarhus Business School and Aalborg University (Denmark).
He is a member of various international organisations that include Academy of International Business, Association for Business Communication, Africa Academy of Management Science and Research Network Africa (RAN).
Richard Adu-Gyamfi

Richard Adu-Gyamfi provides research and project management expertise to the Research Africa Network (RAN). With other members of RAN, he was instrumental in securing a grant to conduct Africa-related research for the United Nations University – World Institute for Development Economics Research, Finland. He obtained his MBA and PhD in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development at the Leipzig University, Germany. At the same university, he was the project manager and coordinator of the African German Entrepreneurship Academy and the Intelligence for Innovation Africa Network respectively. Prior to postgraduate studies, he worked at the University Printing Press at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, where he also obtained a Bachelor Degree in Publishing Studies. He is a member of the Academy of International Business, Africa Good Governance Network. Richard Adu-Gyamfi is currently an international consultant at the International Trade Centre in Geneva, Switzerland.He has keen interest in matters related to entrepreneurship, SME development and international business in Africa.Pr John Kuada

John Kuada is Professor of International Management in the Department of Business and Management, Aalborg University. He holds two doctorate degrees – a PhD from Copenhagen Business School and Dr. Merc. from Aalborg University. He has been with Aalborg University since 1990 and was the director of the university’s MSc degree programmes in International Business and International Marketing from 1994 to 2013.Professor Kuada has done research in such areas as enterprise development, strategic management, export marketing, international marketing, leadership, and intercultural management. His empirical investigations have been done mainly in selected African countries and in Denmark. He is the founder and editor of African Journal of Economic and Management Studies(AJEMS), published by Emerald. He was also the founder and former editor of African Journal of Business and Economic Research (AJBER).
He is author and co-author of twenty-five books and over hundred peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. Among his books are:

Madei Mangori

Dr Madei Mangori is an Organisational Development and Management Consultant based in Gaborone Botswana.Madei graduated with PhD in Business Management from Aldersgate College Philippines, an MBA from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University UK, a postgraduate diploma in management, post graduate certificate in management from the same university and a Bachelor of Science (Politics and Administration) honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
Madei has over 33 years organisational development training and consulting experience spanning government, parastatals, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and the private sector.
He is a registered trainer with the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) and founder of Organisational Life Focus Pty Ltd and operates as an independent management consultant and management trainer.
Madei contributed chapter 4 entitled African leadership Systems or Leadership in Africa in book called Horizon and beyond published by the University of South Africa (UNISA) published in November 2014. He also Contributed a chapter entitled The Organizational Life Focus (OLF) Strategy Formulation Wheel-DHU Dimensions Model: An Opportunity to Critique the Theoretical Basis and Process of the Botswana OLF Implemented Model in book published by the University of Aalborg in Denmark in 2016. On May 16, 2017 a book entitled Strategic Leadership: Indigenous Structures in Modern Governance written by Madei was published by Lambert Academic Publishing and is on sale in Lambert Academic electronic shop called More books and is also on Amazon. The book was published in Gaborone Botswana in 2018 by Chief Cornerstone Publishing and is on sale in two leading book sellers in Botswana namely Exclusive Books and Bala books.
Madei is working on a number of book projects in his area of specialization namely Strategic Leadership in the next five years with three book projects scheduled to be published in 2019 one of which is entitled Strategic leadership: Land Management Change Dynamics for Africa’s Prosperity and Posterity which is co-authoring.
Madei taught briefly at Botho University in Gaborone Botswana the following subjects;
- business management,
- operations management,
- change management,
- E business and digital commerce,
- project management and legal aspects of business.
He has supervised close to 100 Masters of Business Administration degree dissertations for Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) students to date.
Madei’s vision is “to be the leading catalyst for the creation of competitive indigenous intellectual capital for utilisation in organisations in Africa as well as for global export. “(Mangori,2015).
He is the Chairperson / Co-odinator of Research Network Africa (RAN).
Pr Simplice Asongu

Professor Simplice Asongu holds a PhD from Oxford Brookes University and is currently the Lead Economist and Director of the African Governance and Development Institute (Yaoundé, Cameroon). He is also a: Senior Research Fellow at the Africa Growth Institute (Cape Town, South Africa); PhD Supervisor at Covenant University (Ota, Nigeria), the University of Ghana (Accra, Ghana) and Midlands State University (Gweru, Zimbabwe); DBA Supervisor at Management College of Southern Africa (Durban, South Africa) and Research Associate at the University of South Africa (Pretoria, South Africa), University of Buea (Buea, Cameroon) and Oxford Brookes University (Oxford, UK). He is also Associate Editor in some journals including the Journal of Economic Surveys, the Journal of African Business and the International Journal of Education Economics and Development.
